Practical Empowerment

Fundamentals of Practical Empowerment

1.  The first fundamental principle is that we have infinite and unlimited potential. That within each of us is the power to transform our lives and our business, starting right now.

2.  The second fundamental principle is that what an individual holds in his or her consciousness tends to become real in the external world and that the power of attention is the creative energy that brings about reality. That which we think about, we become.

3.  The third fundamental principle is that transformation, and not translation, is what allows us to experience and benefit from the higher stages or levels of consciousness.

4. The fourth fundamental principle is that success and decision are partners. That nothing can or will happen until a decision has been made. The power of decision is always our own.

5.  The fifth fundamental principle is that if we do really want better results, growth and change, we need to be committed. We need to say to ourselves, I will do whatever it takes. Miracles come from your conviction.

6.  The sixth fundamental principle is that personal empowerment stems from having a definite purpose and a clear vision for your life and/or your company. Every person who has done remarkable things in their lives has had a clear vision, stemming from a deep and pervasive sense of purpose. It seems a creative power is released when an individuals vision and personal purpose are aligned. Results are easier to create, the vision gets clearer, there is more commitment to the vision and life seems to all fall into place.

7.  The seventh fundamental principle is that success is the progressive realization of a worthy ideal.

8.  The eighth fundamental principle is that for every result you want in your life, there is a certain way of thinking and a certain way of acting.

9.  The ninth fundamental principle is that personal transformation precedes organizational and world change.

10. The tenth fundamental principle is that practice in and of itself is transformative.
